The City of Thornton’s Office of Economic Development reflects on a highly productive 2025, marked by strong business growth, strategic investment, and meaningful community impact. Over the course of the year, Thornton welcomed more than 30 new businesses, awarded 30 business grants, and supported local entrepreneurs through 541 counseling, technical, and legal assistance meetings. Staff also hosted 31 business events and ribbon cuttings, connecting more than 2,000 participants to resources, networks, and opportunities.
