A roundtable is a facilitated discussion where people meet and talk in conditions of equality. Wow, even as I wrote that I got bored. So, what makes a roundtable fun? You! You discussing something important to you that will help your business. That’s why we are having a leadership roundtable. Entrepreneurs generally see a need and provide a product or service that excites them, and they jump in. Along the way, they find they are leading. They are leading customers, vendors, THEMSELVES, and eventually employees. Very few have intentionally thought about and developed themselves as leaders.
In order to grow your business, you need to advance your leadership and learn how to develop your leadership team. If you ignore your leadership journey, you reach a point where you are personally maxed out, then burned out.
