Financial statements provide an unequaled view into the financial health of any business. By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to understand these three basic statements and put them into the right context for your business.
Attendees of the workshop will also receive helpful templates of each of the three reports along with templates on pricing products and services and determining gross profit.
- Understand how your business is doing by using key metric indicators and break even analysis
- Receive a Microsoft Excel break even template
- Apply “what if” scenario feature to assess possible actions: potential revenue initiative, buy vs lease, buy new vs used, variable vs fixed labor/expense options
- Determine if your financial statements contain common accounting problems found in entrepreneur financial statements
