If you are, this 2-part workshop can be a helpful resource for you. Starting with key business concepts and principles, we’ll lay a foundation for any type of successful business. Next, we’ll focus on using typical financial statements to help you run your business effectively and efficiently.
All business owners need to recognize and respond to the key business concepts we’ll cover. Combined with that, many business owners don’t have strong financial skills. In this workshop, we’ll talk about the basics of financial reporting and look at three key reports that every business needs to maintain. A balance sheet, an income statement and a cash flow statement.
Financial statements provide an unequaled view into the financial health of any business. By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to understand these three basic statements and put them into the right context for your business.
Attendees of the workshop will also receive helpful templates of each of the three reports along with templates on pricing products and services and determining gross profit.
