This workshop focuses on helping entrepreneurs ensure that the people in their organizations are engaged in a way that encourages loyalty, cooperation and productivity. The workshop starts with the importance of developing appropriate relationships with your workforce, approaches and best practices for gaining alignment with your workforce, selecting the right people and getting them started off on the right foot, and methods for encouraging innovation and creativity that help make your organization more competitive and successful. We will also discuss how to deal with dissenters and disgruntled employees who won’t or can’t align with your direction. Finally, the workshop will help you build an appreciation for developing your team and will provide useful tips and methods for developing each employee to be the best they can be in all aspects of their lives.
