Final class in the 3-part series dedicated to organizing and growing your business internally. We’ll discuss the signs you should be looking for that identify you’re ready to grow your team and hire some help. We’ll explore aspects that create positive team culture and how to get the best from your team. We will also review the 3 manuals needed to grow your team successfully: your Internal Hiring & Training manual, your Employee Handbook and your Operations Manual. The workshop portion of this class will be focused on writing out the different aspects of your business and determining which tasks you’d like to take off your plate, as well as thinking about what role might make sense as a first hire. You will also walk away with an outline of how to start the hiring process and some next steps.
