Business Workshop – Financial Statements 101 for Small Business Owners

As business owners, we wear many hats, including CFO. As CFO, understanding financial reports and what they mean is crucial to running a profitable business.
In this session, we will cover:
- Profit and loss statement
- Balance sheet
- Cash flow statement
These are three statements that when used together, can tell you the financial health of your business. By the end of this session, you will know which key items to look at on each report and what they mean to your business.
Bring your laptop and make sure you can access your bookkeeping reports, or bring your most recent statements on paper ready to take notes as we break these down and simplify what they mean in business.
