Thornton COVID 19 – Recovery Grant administered by the City of Thornton City Manager’s office, is available to help small businesses in our community. This program is meant to provide financial support for businesses that have been impacted by COVID, and is available for a wide variety of eligible expenses, including capital programs, equipment, and one-time payroll expenses to help with hiring and retention.

    It is not required for a business to have a UEI.
  • You cannot ask more in funding than the revenue your business brought in during 2022.

      Include all expenses, purchases, and improvements, and any other funding contributing to the project. Keep in mind that this grant is only for one-time expenses; ongoing expenses such as staff salaries, regular supplies, fuel, insurance, etc. are not eligible.
